Julia presents at the Musical Theatre Educators' Alliance summer 2024 international conference at the Guildford School of Acting in London

Julia and members of Aggregate Collective will be sharing their experiences from the first Artist Cohort Residency that took place summer of 2022 in beautiful Southern Oregon. We will share how our relatively new company has used "radical hospitality" in how we have approach creating new organizational systems, programs for supporting new play and musical development, and sustainable practices that dismantle the "way it has always been".

We will also share what is on the horizon for the company and how we continue to integrate the concept of "shared learning" in how we operate in making decisions and sharing resources with the community.
