Julia teaching at the first VIRTUAL International Thespian Festival!

I had the privilege of attending the International Thespian Festival with my very talented students many years ago and it was an experience that we will never forget. This year I will be a teaching artist at the same festival but this time it is completely virtual! Thousands of theatre students, teachers, and artists attend this festival every year and with the cancellations of so many events due to COVID-19 I am so relieved that this event is still happening even virtually. This festival is a true celebration of theatre in schools and the incredible folx at EDTA are keeping this celebration going by making this event happened online. Thank you EdTA for inviting me to teach teachers about musical theatre staging and for providing an opportunity for all of us to celebrate the power of theatre in our lives.
